They already had one approved and let it expire. For what? There is no way they don’t have financials ready by now so they could have become compliant and executed the split.

Not to mention the fact that .0001 at a 10k RS barely nets him $1 SP. That’s what he think will attract investors??

Nah, he may RS, but it needs to surge a bit first for his plan to make sense. In the meantime, he is scaring retail and loading up insiders for the run pre RS.
