I agree with you. Seems like Shamus wants to keep using the threat of RS to suppress the price.

May explain the huge ask walls.

Also explains why he is so vague on timing and ratio details.

IMO, they are letting insiders load at the moment and with the RS expiration, and yesterday’s 8k, he wanted to immediately quell any excitement that may cause a surge.
