Another common mistake is visiting an office to get “all the information needed”. Everyone should realize there are many scams with offices, some even with actual products at well known retail stores that have sold actual product...

BUT were never intended on providing shareholder value but were in fact insider enrichment schemes.

That they have an office doesnt make it "legit", there are scores of SEC actions against similar companies that had no intention of ever really going beyond selling enough “product” to sell millions / billions of shares.
