Directly coming from her in personal message: She is still CSO of Us Stem Cell clínic. She is no longer the CSO of Us Stem Cell Inc and no longer on the board. Still has shares and still and employee.

WRONG. Per the 8-K, Comella RESIGNED and 100% left U.S. Stem Cell Inc.
PERIOD.

She never bought or owned a single share of USRM, this 1/2 cent POS sub penny stock, so she has none. NONE.

When you quit a company- your stock options (free) which is all Comella ever had, they die the day she leave. All are cancelled and gone, as gone as she is.

Anything stating that Kristin Comella, "still works for U.S. Stem Cell Inc of Sunrise FL" = pure disinformation and is completely false.

U.S. Stem Cell Clinic LLC is a 100% private held entity and doesn't have jack to do with the public traded company USRM. Nothing.

Comella resigned. She holds no position of employment with U.S. Stem Cell Inc FL.

Produce any written and signed statement from her stating otherwise, as I will send it to the SEC FL office and DOJ myself. It would make Tomas' SEC 8-K filing a total lie and a SEC violation.

Resigned = gone. Gone from the company. And she holds no stock - as she owned no stock and options die when a person leaves a company. Simple as that.
