I don't know how you do it Jerry? All I can say is WOW!!! Congratulations as I sold way too soon on UNRG! You got Balls of Steal my man!!!

I guess I have to truly believe in something like I do with SOLI to hold onto something! I am still holding my SOLI .0065's from February! I took some off of course, I but still hold a large long-term position there. I truly believe SOLI will test new 52 week highs once they get their 15C-211 approved by FINRA!

By the way did you see this article out on SOLI today?

Here we have a top 5 TeleMedicine platform that has been aquired by a greysheet. $SOLI has caught up their filings and is currently waiting on 211 approval to move back to the pink sheets/bigger badder exchanges.
This is a direct competitor of TeleDoc and the only other Telemedicine company that is publicly traded.
$SOLI's management can now be found under CareClix's management on their website. All information about the aquisition can be found in their filings starting Q1/Q2 this year.

Greg Arms is also a recent addition to their leadership team. He is a titan of the industry. Someone who could secure 150m in funding for a company that just needs a little cash boost.
Mr. Arms is a 40 year insurance industry veteran with deep, global experience in the Life, Health, Disability and Pension sectors on both overseas assignments and US based postings.
Over the course of his career, Greg has held senior executive roles with some of the industry’s foremost carriers and brokers.
His specific leadership roles have included: * CHUBB – Global Head of Accident & Health * MARSH – Global co-Leader of Mercer Marsh Benefits * WILLIS – Chairman & CEO of the Global Employee Benefits Practice * UNITEDHEALTH – Chief Marketing Officer and International CEO * AIG – VP Life Insurance & President/Worldwide Director of Group Management Division
Currently, as President & CEO of The Arms Group, Greg advises companies on ways to elevate their operational performance and brand prominence by fostering innovation, developing new products, forging strategic partnerships, attracting private equity/venture capital interest, coaching executives and developing talent. His clients range in size from InsurTech start-ups and mid-size health related firms up to Global 500 organizations and private investment firms.
Greg is a member of the Self-Insurance Institute of America (SIIA), where he sits on the International Committee, having served as its Chairman for three years. He is an active participant at the Council of Insurance Agents and Brokers (CIAB), the Life Insurance Marketing & Research Association (LIMRA), the WorldCaptives Forum, the Risk and Insurance Management Society (RIMS), and the South Carolina Captive Insurance Association (SCCIA).
What does everyone think of this play? I'm all in, telemedicine is going to be the next huge sector.
