I do not know why experience do not count? Especially experience as a teacher? It´s a crazy, crazy world in development and has been for long time now. No regard to science and what has worked for hundreds of years.
If it was uo to me You would be hired instantly. Good experianced teachers is necesary to have.

What´s important today is young age - and most important - you must have a mainstream opinion!! If You fail in anything of this You are screwed!

Okay, as a swede I can probably kiss my expected money from pension goodbye! Fortunatly I own my flat in downtown Stockholm. That is my real pensionplan. It could be taken away though in some sort of socialist way, if our politicians come up with some brilliant idea how to steele it :)
