How do you qualify for up-listing artificially inflating a sub-penny’s stock price to $7.00. Changing the name so investors don’t know who you were? No Revenue?

DWarren will say Government Grants? I hope he’s right, but that still doesn’t seem like enough to qualify for an up-listing. I think that’s also a “ploy” to get people to vote for the reverse so they can do whatever it is that these “preferred shares” do for them...
