I have reorganized my holdings to include small cheap companies who’s announcements include “have” and “are” rather than “should” or “will” the time for execution is at hand and Im not interested in folks who are applying for licenses and facilities. I want companies that have licenses and direction and are just waiting for the market to catch up. I could be very wrong but I am betting not.
