He was talking as though his funds (assuming they are real, which we can't substantiate, so let's take it at face value) would clear immediately FOR A PENNY STOCK PURCHASE.

In my experience, my newly deposited funds are available immediately for purchases of listed stocks but there is a 5 day hold on them for penny stocks.

Granted, if he is moving around 500K at a time he may be able to play by different rules than apply to me, but certainly there is no evidence of large buying in CYIO today.
