Due to a shortage of flower and bigger demand since vape sales got halted—cultivation capacity in Massachusetts the price of cannabis there -which was the highest in the nation at $6,200 a pound —(Colorado is $3,500) has now increased to $9,600 a pound and wholesale is up to $7,000 a pound.
There is a shortage of legal weed in Massachusetts and that’s not going to change anytime soon.
Why does that help ACAN? Because they start growing lots of high quality cannabis in their first building at their MCC project in Freetown in late October and their cash flow by November harvest and beyond will be dramatic—with these prices they will be even more dramatic.
According to their press release:
“They plan to grow 7.5 million pounds a year at their first phase buildings . “
And at $7,000 a pound that’s close to $50 million a year and they get exactly 15% of that or $7.5 million in 2020. And it’s all net! ETIDBA. From the first phase.
And remember ACAN has one of the smallest number of shares outstanding of any cannabis company and a very tight public float.
And they’re planning and designing on the next phase which will be 6 x bigger than the first building.
ACAN will likely be in constant construction of new greenhouses and processing facilities at MCC for the next two years as Massachusetts will require 5 or 6 projects the size of MCC just to keep up with the demand in the red hot Massachusetts weed market.
But to plan, process and get approval on another project like MCC will take years not months.
ACAN already has 20 football fields of cannabis cultivation all approved and ready to build. And the prototype fully built.
Ask what the revenue and cash flow your cannabis companies will have in 2020 and if the answer is little or none you better buy one that is going to be profitable like ACAN, IMO.
It took time but this company is in the right place at the right time and it’s about to pay off big time for their shareholders. $ACAN
Acaninfo.com take a look. This thing is the real deal IMO...
