He said he suggests that the lawyers are already working on it when talking about the RS. They only want to get compliant so they can perform the RS.

I get the feeling they intentionally held the qs and k back to create hype about not being able to perform the RS so they could dump a nother 2b shares.

Now the question is did the RS need to be executed by 9/30 or did they just need to make a decision on it by 9/30. Guess we'll just have to wait and see what bs Seamus pulls next.
