Sello is spot on.

Not sure who remembers we had confirmation there was another offer/counter offer on the table for a deal during the Ontario LOI. Someone confirmed I believe and relayed in a post here.

I believe the increased share structuring is part of that deal and the new deal will be released before the 21 day timeline as mentioned.

Oh, and yes, buying up more. Target goal: 10mm... 1.5mm to go
