"Compare Questions Presented to SCOTUS:"

Obi,

Can SCOTUS combine all these law suits and hear them together?

Yes, two or more cases can be consolidated/combined and heard by SCOTUS (Rule 27.3).

Rule 27

3. The Court, on its own motion or that of a party, may order that two or more cases involving the same or related questions be argued together as one case or on such other terms as the Court may prescribe. see p. 36 - Rules of the Supreme Court - https://www.supremecourt.gov/ctrules/2019RulesoftheCourt.pdf
