Garnock makes me nervous -- I don't trust him.

I've been in a similar situation with FUSZ (now trading as VERB). It too had a huge investor. It too had big, experienced C-level employees from well known publicly traded companies. All the worst fears came true with that company.

Nope, I'll invest in numbers, not hypotheticals. And right now, the number of warrants and notes is scary. Crossing fingers....
