Looking at the bigger picture and assuming the merger is enacted I believe this could be a monster play.

If you look at the assets and connections that our Chinese partner brings to the table I could see an eventual up list to the NASDAQ or NYSE to bring additional funds and value to the new company.

Short term this could be a huge win but the next step would make this newly formed company a huge play! Absolutely HUGE!
