all the technical price predicting to the downside has been right. the Smart price predicting to the upside has been well lets say, NOT

Lets face it , this stock has been in a Macro down trend for almost 2 years. Trying to pick a bottom or as SMART investors say "buy the dips" is like trying to catch a falling knife until the Macro trend changes which has not happened yet.

CEO will be forced to dilute further or borrow $ or sell assets or the company until such time the rigs reward which has not happened yet. How much money will the rigs have to proc]duce to support the CEO and pay the debt load.
