I agree. Looks to me as though Wicks signed the agreement and he let the counter suit go. Agreement could be final after the November 22nd court date.

IMO...he signed the settlement, appears as those Wicks and Eng disagreed over this...couldn't finalize the settlement so the court will have to "force the signed written settlement agreement".



On June 21, 2019 the Company signed a Settlement Agreement with TCA Global Master Credit Fund, LP in order to end litigation. This agreement is being reviewed by the Arizona Court.
