Guys I think the Goldman report is could be nice on Monday but I think this move is flat out an undervalued company. IMO. The .01-.03 valuation just didnt make sence, it way undervalued. Too many get lost in the COGS, just a profitable Illegal Pizza makes these valuation too juicy to not take a piece. Too many worry about dilution because its ugly in most cases in penny world but 77M I'd take that over 20% interest convertable debt. Common sence.
