They seem to be pretty well rated on Yelp. There is one on the west coast of Florida that I'm trying to take a look at when I go to Tampa at the end of this month.

I notice that a few of the ones listed here are since closed. Another positive thing of this business is everything is mobile and extremely easy to relocate. If a location is not profitable, just pack it up and move somewhere new. Easy peasy.
