The Federal Government Can’t Account for $21 Trillion. Does Anybody Care?

I am of the opinion that these Trillions (and many more "unaccounted for Trillions" printed since 2008 collapse) have been and are currently being used to prop up markets on every pull back. This is the major reason that Janet Yellen was so (I believe mistakenly) confident in stating; " I don't foresee another financial crisis occurring in our lifetime"
