Simon,Simon,Simon...Apr25.."six-acre cannabis cultivation site expected to produce a minimum of 30,000 pounds of cannabis per harvest, with an anticipation of four to five harvests per year."

Ughhhh..You know, during downtime while waiting for the IR 30k planting explanation, took another look at info available..

Re: Apr25 PR stating 20k mj plants, another 10k "next week":

Reviewed the uploaded NUGSFarm mj crop pics..photos certainly lean toward approx. 10k potted plants underway in at least one greenhouse..you know, the old boots on the ground 10 pot width x 80/100 pot length x 10/12 rows calculation..:) So, one might assume since four nearly 60k sq ft greenhouses leased @ $275k/monthly- "Range A, Range B, Range C, Range D- that another two greenhouses loaded up with 10k plants each, 'cause there's only one plant/one pot and ain't no way 20k potted plants in one greenhouse per photos...??..fits the narrative

Reviewed the PR's again Simon, btw, love to do that..

Apr25.."operate at maximum capacity by late summer of 2019."
May30.."complete capacity by the fall of 2019"
Sep27.."full operational capacity expected to be reached during the first quarter of 2020."

You know Simon, i guess i should appreciate the multiple expected operational capacity updates..I mean, those things happen in business..But, something gnawing at me..If you look at the NUGSFarm lengthy lease agreement, notice that NUGS is required to update greenhouses infrastructure at a cost of $1.1-1.5m per greenhouse! Includes generators, fencing, security, fans, lights, etc..Lease even spells out an expected timeframe..Monterey County planning/permits required.

"Timing and Scope of Initial Improvements
TENANT CAPITAL EXPENDITURE SCHEDULE.
1. Range B: $1,100,000 to $1,500,000 January 2019 through March 2019.
Install fencing around the entire perimeter of the facility. Put in generators,
new electrical, lighting, irrigation, circulation fans, blackout curtains and
ventilation.
2. Range A: $1,100,000 to $1,500,000 April 2019 through June 2019. Install
generators, new electrical, lighting, irrigation, circulation fans, blackout
curtains and ventilation.
3. Range C: $1,100,000 to $1,500,000 July 2019 through September 2019.
Install generators, new electrical, lighting, irrigation, circulation fans,
blackout curtains and ventilation.
4. Warehouse: Approximately $200,000 October 2019 through December
2019. Install generators, sprinklers, new electrical and lighting.
5. Range D: $1,100,000 to $1,500,000 January 2020 through March 2020.
Install generators, new electrical, lighting, irrigation, circulation fans,
blackout curtains and ventilation."

*Notice Range B update Jan-Mar..then Apr25, shortly after Bldg B updated and set to go, Simon announces 20k plants info, but one greenhouse appears to max approx 10k plants..ok, no biggie, NUGS will load up mj plants in another greenhouse..Problem is, those other greenhouses were yet to be updated, so they were not plant ready..And not only is that info backed by the Lease Agreement "Timing and Scope of Initial Improvements" clause, but it is also backed by reviewing Monterey County required permits dept via Permit Tracker app.. Included permit link for building "Range C", reno presently underway and fits the July-Sept Lease Agreement timeframe.

***Guess what i'm trying to say Simon is there were NOT 30k plants in greenhouses as of early May...Furthermore, the lease agreement defines timeline for the four greenhouses and one warehouse..Which takes us into March2020..And Simon, you already knew that the Apr25 PR expectation of NUGSFarm reaching max capacity by late summer was never going to happen..per Lease Agreement timeline backed by Monterey County permit updates..Simon, the good news is imo NUGSFarm reaches full capacity early 2020Q2..Disappointed you (intentionally?) strung us along, and i jumped the gun @.36..and 50% my fault..The info was publicly available that might have steered me to be a tad more patient..I still believe NUGS will be a dandy...but good golly......
