It cost money to make money, as stated in article starting a sit down pizza biz can run over 500k to start-up, public communication was made by WCVC estimated Revenue was expected to exceed expectancy and estimated over 700k and this is their first location that wasn't even set IMO at best location for concept. This is under valued, and I wont be suprised if Monday's Goldman's report would reflect that.

Dilution is just one method for a publicly traded company to raise money to fund these types of projects. 77M OS at a 873k valuation, running a few revenue generating locations is great value.
