What is absurd about it?
We’ve got a guy as ceo who has been convicted of all kinds of stock manipulation, bribery, racketeering, Illegal kickbacks, and so on. Please explain if you would what you find absurd about wanting audited financials. Obviously he’s not to be trusted. I don’t care if those crimes were 50 years ago. His intent to defraud will not go away.
