This is a zombie ticker, Citizens Bancorp(CZNB) was the parent company of Citizens Bank of Northern California, which was closed by the California Department of Financial Institutions back in 2011.

Someone ran across the 'Contact Details' mistake on OTC Markets, they loaded up on cheap shares, then either mistakenly or nefariously pumped the bad DD all over social media.

Given that it took me less then 5 mins to figure out the DD being posted was wrong I doubt it was a 'mistake'....lol.

This is one of the big reasons the SEC is proposing changes, that will stop MM's from quoting non-reporting, dark/defunct tickers anymore, so they can't be used in pump and dumps like this.
