Let me ask you a simple question what would be the incentive for Medi Mike CEO OF LOFB to get the free spinoff shares to VGID shareholders? NONE

Maybe is not Buzzy’s fault after all if you put the dots together now it makes perfect sense that is not in the best interest for Medi Mike to give away free shares to vgid shareholders. It makes sense now why is taking so long why the hold up and why I expect Medi Mike to say no spinoff shares to vgid shareholders

Hope to be wrong and that spinoff will be done but there is absolutely no reason why to have it done . Does not help Medi Mike and his company Leaf of Faith and spinoff will only help vgid .
