I didn’t see 20% anywhere unless it defaulted past due date.

He is listed as a director of the company and is heavily invested in it so I would hope he is quite educated on its potential.

Must be one hell of a wealthy, risk taking loan shark to lend $1.6MM to a failing company if he didn’t expect them to be able to repay the debts.
