This morning, our company president announced that Encounter Technologies, Inc., a Colorado corporation (US.ENTI.PK) ("ENTI") will be filing a current report on Form 8-K with the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") on or before August 19, 2019, to inform the public on the transactions, recent events, and current developments that occurred or that are occurring from the date of the company's most recent active report filed with OTC Markets Group, Inc. on or about August 26, 2011. (Randy calls this type of Form 8-K filing a "catch-up" report.) I should inform you the financials in the report will be unaudited, however accurate. This report will also contain all of the actions that Randy has undertaken by written consent - as the company's control stockholder - from the primary and secondary dates, respectively, he controlled the company. The report will also inform the public on the matters conducted and concluded by the SEC and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority ("FINRA") over the course of the past six years.
