I have found these crap companies perform some task within a said plan to project the appearance of progress then sell (dilute) into the act. If that act was concrete I will give Joe Concrete xxxxxx shares of my stock with an explanation of the stock about to lift off. Shit OTC companies pay everyone in stock - professors, advertisers, IHub news, the caterer, anyone..... which adds to the OS and expenses on the balance sheet.

Something like CCTC is technology specific. You should have in-depth industry knowledge to put money in. There are so many grades of coal and so many different processes to clean it and not all coal or processe can do what is needed. Then locations come into play. Ya just gotta know what is what or you can get suckered in.

Then there is the coal guru who knows everything and has a bat phone to every john and CEO and tells the inside scoop when he doesn't know to raise the toilet seat much less anything else. CCTC is so special. LOL
