I am very frustrated with this stock. I feel as if management pushed the phase 2 testing hoping to pump the stock price with no real intention of proceeding with the trails! Now that the reverse split has wiped out millions of shares the stock is now approaching the sub penny range again! I would like to know at what point did they know they were not going to moving forward with the testing?
