166 Million OS as of 9-30, still diluting heavily as yesterday was a dilution paradise. This is not a low float stock anymore.

3 filings behind to get current and at the rate their dribbling these out probably take them 1-3 months yet to make attempt to get current. Likely 250-300 million OS at this rate.

How does this not classify as a shell company when twice they certify it is not?
