The company is not able to provide disclosure to the public markets.

This, of course, is utter nonsense. If simply dark, the Miller's can provide disclosure if they cared to. If what the SEC is currently contemplating putting into effect to cure some of the ills of the OTC, defunct may be what's in store for POTG if they fail to disclose.
