We're coming up on 120 days for the 2nd auditor's crack at this busted nut. MDTR isn't a large enough entity to require a 4 month audit for what was described by the company as a fairly straightforward acquisition. Furthermore, The acquisition should've been audited prior to completion to ensure everything was on the up n up. It certainly doesn't require 120 days to analyze the books on a singular deal.... Or rather, over 400 days, given they've had since last summer to resolve this.

Goddamn, their level of incompetency is astounding.
