Typically only actual companies will have news about them.
The volume spike the other day was because they finally renewed their business license with the state of Nevada. People speculating something might happen or just looking for a quick flip. My guess is mainly a flip.
"What happened to this stock?" It went down to .0001 and lower because the company doesn't actually appear to be in business. There have been hundreds of zero volume days over the years. Nobody is interested in VPER. MMs included.
