Agreed 100% - Thorough DD was imperative on this scam, it had all the markings of an insider enrichment scheme that should’ve been seen from a mile off. Perhaps we are more aware since we’ve seen so many of these scams. Hopefully no one will ever fall for Giguiere scams again.
