I think there is fear , looks like the otc and market makers could be given the power , To stop the trades for them
Or to reinstate them, I really don’t know what will happen but is forcing me to think that trading in higher current stock is a better idea now , I took some loses to minimize the risk on some terrible September for me, But had to do it, Maybe it doesn’t happen like is proposed
