Im sorry but anytime a company is raising the share count to 100 BILLION then they are hurting. Yes you're right they wont get much for it. And the fact they are at some point in the 6 months doing a reverse split is also not a good sign . Since they are doing so not in order to uplist but just to recover some stock price. The only thing I'm focused on tho that is hopefully good is their guidance for 3rd and 4th Qrts. If it materializes like they think then we may get some price recovery.
