Proulx says "We do not anticipate using multiple sites to significantly change the cost of the study". What does this reveal? Will this initial study even involve the actual human device? Surely the cost would be much greater if they need several devices instead of just one, yes? Will they transport the device from site to site? Or has an actual device still in the design and development stages?

No mention of how they will pay the outside parties to create and manufacture the human device, when it will be completed or how much longer before completion. Sounds like the shell game continues as does the dilution of ibx.
