Btw, I’m finding Cresco’s outstanding shares to be 113m. After the merger, it should be approximately 209 million. Maybe a bit more if the new shares Origin will issue are included in that. No more than 250m shares post-merger. With revenue next year of $850m and a price-to-sales ratio of 6, the share price would be $20.40.
