I know that Hemp, Inc. had a 1:10 reverse stock split (RRS) on July 31, 2015. Could you tell me when the second one was. It would be important to know about a second one.
Why is this important? A company will often do one -- not fully realizing all the horrors associated with doing so. But, after going through one, only someone interested in doing a 'cut and run' would do a second.
So, the question becomes, would Bruce do a cut and run. He currently has a 31% stake in Hemp, Inc. You would have to believe that he would be willing to see his 31% shrunk to little next to nothing -- convertible debentures aside.
In the 2015 RRS, all shareholders, including Bruce, saw their stake shrink by over 90%. Ditto, for the market capitalization of Hemp, Inc. I give the guy credit for having figured that one out.
