Either way AS, OS or reduction to 650 million Authorized shares it's still one ridiculous premium over the current share price, and supposedly the deal was made at an even lower share price. Which we all know makes it even more absurd and in reality will probably never happen.

#3.....The reduction from the whopping 1 billion Authorized shares to the still high 650 million shares has not taken place as yet, at this point one must agree it's just more fakenew. So using SCAM-ME-NO/Garcia's zero follow through history as a gage, we can assume it may never take place.

SCAM-ME-NO/Garcia have been fraudulent for the last 6 or so years regarding everything they fakenews release, tweet and posts, it continues today.

Price target after the crazy, shareholder bashing, conspiracy theory wacko-Pedro 9-24-2019 fakenews release= .000s, delisting/halt.
