IMO we've assumed correctly, based ONLY on how Lazar typically works, there's just no OFFICIAL disclosure of it (yet?).

My guess has always been that the 03/31 filing was supposed to reflect the issuance of the control block (even though the OTC updated a week after that in April) and the 06/30 filing was supposed to reflect the sale of the control block. That's what I'd guess based the change in Lazar's ownership % as MP7773 pointed out https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=151465817.

Otherwise, idk what to make of the discrepancy between those filings and the data on the very OTC site they are presented on.
