Titan will get their $5-7 Billion, the question will be is it the investors in the publicly traded company Titan or will they open themselves up to litigation and try to force it private and pay out just a handful of individuals who knew of the end effector supplier, the software supplier and the endoscope manufacturer? Were they the ones driving it down and manipulating/shorting the stock in order to force Titan to sell on the cheap? Certainly will be interesting to see what Titan does now......I can't imagine any retail investor would just sit back and let Titan allow this to be manipulated down to take private and sellout the retail investors only to line their pocket and a select few investors under the ENOS brand.
