For any one who thinks this is a scam I challenge you to respond to this post with answers to the following questions...

1. Why would they get current with multiple filings and attorney letter which probably costs thousands of dollars?
2 Why is Gerpangs name listed on some of the filings indicating that he owns more than 5% of the company?
3. Why is there a control dispute going on if there is no merger happening?
4. Why was there a press release a few months ago stating that there were talks of a merger?

IMO opinion the facts above indicate that the merger is in the works and final details announced soon

Now is a great time to load
