1. No. No commitment fee is embedded in the LOA.

2. Once the upwardly revised buffers are attained, the previous Senior Dividends would resume as before.

3. Only Treasury could approve a forbearance. Unknown what that reaction might be. Could depend on what Administration is in office in case of any such event.
