I 100% agree with you; to write a letter/document/agreement that seems like a dog chasing its tail going in circles to no where, or to the same place where you started is disingenuous. Its too easy to forego the legal-mumbo jumbo to say nothing (sorry to all lawyers in here). Just come out and say "...release, recap, and uplist..." Simply put, its games.

Before election they were all for quickly getting rid of this NWS, conservatorship thing. Can you imagine if the Average Joe was told that the government was taking all the profits from Walmart and leaving them just enough to pay utilities, pay employees and buy supplies, but yet, that concept just can't seem to break through to the population.
