I can tell you this. MHTX's 64M shares of IBX are worth about $3M.

$3M / 533M shares O/S comes to around half a cent per share.

If I'm very generous, and I mean SUPER SUPER generous, and value the remainder of MHTX at $3M, then...

$6M / 533M shares O/S comes to about 1 cent per share. Right about where it's trading lately.

Kinda sounds like Manny may be blowing a bit of smoke with his 25 cent PPS, eh?
