There are two possibilities: NA & PAID.
Mnuchin is afraid of transparency.

My thought is that they don’t want transparency, which will much influence the stock prices.

Or they haven’t yet paid as I understand that all the profits will be retain up to $45 billion. So NA —NOT APPLICABLE
