yes . $1 common $1.25 warrant . since the amount they want to raise is more than half of their market cap they waiting for authorization by the regulators . it will drop below a buck for sure for a while . with the ide and ce mark news we should go back up and higher . trying to get my average to $ 2.25 . just cant resist those free warrants . not really free but u guys know what I mean
