Titan Medical Inc (TMDIF)

That would probably not be good for Titan b/c they were and are sitting on material info that they failed to provide to investors (end effector, software, scope suppliers). Would it not open them up to litigation if they were to try and go private? Before a vote takes place, would it not be the responsibility of Titan to provide all information for shareholders to make an informed decision on their vote? Would their be any legal recourse to get that info prior to voting on it?
