Many fail. Only a few are total frauds.

Just a coincidence someone picked three-for-three, disgraced and sanctioned fr-Auditors to kick Baltia's bogus financials and mis-informational filings down the road for more than a decade?

This stock will never trade again, they flat out lied to their auditor, hired three (3) censured auditors in succession, and omitted material information to the shareholders and the SEC. Used the company as their alter-ego for personal gain.

I would not want to be any of them, and we have no clue as to what information the DOJ has uncovered in an on-going investigation.
